Customer should know that they will receive a first time discount 15% OFF plus a free cleaning after referral ( referral must use services. )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process with working with customer is I first introduce myself via phone communicate with til the day of service. Give customer a deep cleaning make sure my first impression won't be my last with them make that customer a regular.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no education in cleaning just have 25 years of great customer centric professional service.
