We have a Bernese Mountain Dog, and in the past when we brought him to PetSmart, the grooming always felt rushed. The area around his hind legs was often left matted or not properly detangled, and his nails were never trimmed as well as they should have been. Leonardo at Fluffy Paws did an excellent job. We showed him a photo of the cut we wanted, and he followed it perfectly. Sparky looked amazing, smelled great, and every part of his groom was done thoroughly, nothing was overlooked. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Leonardo to anyone looking for quality grooming.

I am SO happy to have found Jessica at Fluffy Paws! She is our new groomer for my sweet baby girl, Brownie, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Jessica was absolutely fantastic — kind, gentle, and incredibly skilled. Brownie looked amazing after her grooming session, and it was clear Jessica took her time and truly cared about making her feel comfortable and pampered. Jessica was on time, very professional, and our pup warmed up to her immediately. She had my grandfurbaby fresh, clean, and smelling fantastic. Most certainly, I would highly recommend her. Patient, warm and kind. Top notch service.

Jessica responded right away to my inquiry and was able to schedule within a few days. I've included before and after photos. The process was very quick and so convenient. She did an excellent job with our 9 month old Bichon. I do wish her hair on her body was left a bit longer, the cut did not resemble the reference photos I provided, but overall good job.
