FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time, difficulty, and equipment needed for each job. For small handyman work, I usually have a 1-hour minimum. Piano moving and tuning are priced separately depending on the instrument and location. There are no surprise charges — I’m always transparent and give clear estimates up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what needs to be done, clarify any details like stairs, parking, or fragile items, and give an honest quote. I confirm the job the day before, arrive on time, bring everything needed, and leave the place clean. No surprises — just professional results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a professional moving company handling piano relocations, and I’m also a classically trained pianist with over 20 years of experience. I’ve tuned and moved dozens of upright and grand pianos, and I combine that precision with reliable handyman and moving skills.
