- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most importantly the quality of the products and people they are using for the project. Many companies charge less but they get low quality materials and unexperienced labour and the end the client ends up paying far more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a meeting with a member of our team with the purpose of assisting our clients and find out exactly what they need. The proper measurements are taken and then a proposal is made to be approved by the client. Once the estimates is approved and the contract is signed, all paperwork for building permit is submitted to be processed at the city so when the permits are approved we can start with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with General Contractors with more than 30 years of experience. Trained in General Construction, Roofing and any type of renovations.
