Introduction: We are a high-energy, adrenaline-inducing, active outdoor boot camp. We took the personal trainers, touched and merged it with the boot camp experience to create something new. Camp Adrenaline offers a high-quality outdoor group fitness experience with a personal trainer’s touch. We will work with you individually to work on your form and technique while helping you achieve your goal in a group setting. Adrenaline is for everyone at any fitness level. We meet you where you’re at while helping you reach a new level. The trainer and your fellow campers will be with you every step of the way. We offer a 4-week camp with each week, providing a different experience. Week one starts out with cardio and stability. Week two is we move to strength and endurance. Week three is about power and heavy cardio. Finally, week four is a combination of the three previous weeks. That’s a time to "show what you got"! We’re not the average boot camp. We’re not here to yell at you, only to encourage and lift you up. We like to keep things fun. We incorporate games and different activities into the workouts. We have monthly challenges where you can win a free month membership! We have special workouts at fun locations, like the beach. Camp Adrenaline is all about helping people meet their fitness needs while making that time enjoyable.
