- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Koontz Heating & Air Conditioning charges an affordable service call price to provide a full, professional assessment of repair or system replacement/update needs. With a system replacement, we waive this fee. We offer factory rebates as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, Lennox Premier Dealer, RUUD Pro Partner and Trane Comfort Specialist. We strive to offer fair and competitive pricing that does not compromise quality or warranty. We offer multiple methods of financing with great partners such as Synchrony and Wells Fargo. We only utilize factory certified and new parts for repairs and installs to ensure the best performance and security of your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial service call and system review with you around your schedule, including Saturdays. We will assess your systems performance and efficiency and provide a detailed assessment of what you may or may not need. We provide transparent pricing and take the time to assess and balance maximizing the life of your existing system with the benefits and ROI on investing in a new system or system repair. Our goal is to earn your trust and build a relationship for life with our customers and their home comfort needs, not max out a service call and never come back again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Koontz Heating & Air is NATE certified, meaning we meet the highest industry standards for technical capability and ability. We annually meet rigid guidelines of the OEM factories, namely Carrier, to earn and maintain the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer ( CFAD ) designation that denotes us as the best of the best in quality and customer care.
