FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Effective copywriting is about selling and this requires knowing who your buyer is and what makes them tick. Most copywriting underperforms because it is all about the writer, using pompous, long words which turn into a monologue about company events, achievements and policy that reads more like a financial report than a sales tool. Of course its important to represent your company well, but always within the context of how this benefits your future client. To engage the reader you must, above all, remember that he or she is a person with commitments, feelings, pressures and deadlines. Im guessing that at least 95% of your audience will have very little time to dedicate to your web page; its critical that you use that time wisely.
