- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding Packages start at $995. You can reserve your wedding day via the BOOK ME button on my website for $10, a 30% deposit is required 90 days before your wedding day to lock in your day, if you cancel 60 days before your wedding day a full refund will be issued, minus the $10.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial inquiry from the potential client. This can be through email, phone, or a contact form on my website. If the client is interested in hiring the photographer, the next step is usually a consultation. This can be in person or over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first got my training in photography when I was in the US Navy. I trained with two professional photographers for a year, before I started my own business, took online courses at the Art Institute of Pittsburg, and became certified as a professional photographer through the PPA (Professional Photographers of America)
