Introduction: Hello everyone! Family team here working to make your homes and apartments the treasure potential homebuyers or tenants are looking for. We understand sterilization is very important to our customers these days and come January 1st, 2022 we will have invested in steamers that we are using for every job. We will clean and steam over all the high traffic areas that have a high exposure to germs: door knobs, surface areas, light switches, etc. We don’t just clean, we care about killing the germs without using tons of different chemicals. These also come in handy when cleaning tiles, fixtures, and most appliances in wet rooms. We go the extra mile paying attention to every detail to make a dirty move out look new again, and move in ready. Scrubbing and steaming tiles and toilets, caulking tubs, replacing drip pans, cleaning refrigerators and ovens, even steam cleaning or replacing blinds if needed. We call in all forces (my son the painter) if needed to add a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
