She arrived at the house at the prearranged time. The equipment needed to do the job was brought with her. I have had many house cleaners here and in other areas of Florida and she is one of the top cleaners. She worked instead of talking with my wife and I. I highly recommend her to anyone. Our place had not been cleaned for a while due to some health issues. She didn’t complain instead worked hard to restore it to its original condition. She is a true professional.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Dee today! What a tremendous young lady! She communicated perfectly, came to the house and noted all my goals for house cleaning and I had the best conversation with her about her business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
