- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your instincts, if you feel unhappy or uncomfortable with what you are being told or who you are dealing with, you are probably right. Air conditioning is not rocket science, everything we find wrong with your system can be shown to you. If the need for repair or replacement is not obvious to you, it's probably not necessary or you are dealing with the wrong person. Feel free to say no and find someone else that you feel more comfortable with.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That this company was started by people who were not happy with the way the industry was heading. The idea of charging more because the house is in a better area or because the customer drives a nice car is wrong. Our pricing is based on the amount of time the job will take and the materials that are needed to perform the work, that's all, nothing else.
