- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
no it is not complicated it is hourly. I will conduct 30 minute sessions with those who time is very limited. If you pay upfront for the month you do receive a 15 % discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all the necessary some online courses and some in person courses for the newest work outs which are Plyo,cardio kick boxing, cross fit, boot camp and muscle confusion classes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an athlete since I was at the young age of 6 when I started gymnastics until the age of 13 when I discovered that I wanted to run track and do shot put and teach aerobics; so, I ran track, won all my track meets, played soccer, jumped hurdles, did shot put, tried out for football but because I was female they made me stick to flag football :( At 15 I got pre-certified to start teaching step aerobics and high impact classes which I still love to teach ( boot camp and cross fit) I started nautilus at 15 and free weights at 16 and watched how I could transform and sculpt my body and knew that I wanted to do this for others as well and almost 3 years later here i am still loving it and living it.
