FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing. Mr. Rooter will come to the home, assess the issue, and provide an estimate before any repair work begins. Pricing depends on the type of service needed, the condition of the plumbing system, accessibility, and the scope of the repair. If diagnostic work, specialized tools, or additional investigation is needed to properly identify the problem, that will always be discussed with you first. We aim to provide honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering as much information as possible about the plumbing issue. Once on site, we inspect the problem area, perform any necessary diagnostics, and explain what we find in straightforward terms. We then provide repair or replacement options and review the estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the work as efficiently and cleanly as possible, test everything for proper operation, and make sure the customer understands the completed repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on field experience in residential and commercial plumbing, along with ongoing training in diagnostics, drain cleaning, sewer and water service repairs, fixture installation, water heaters, leak detection, and customer service. We stay current on industry standards, proper repair methods, and evolving plumbing technologies so we can provide dependable solutions and professional workmanship on every job.
