They had some leaking pipes replaced, Chad crawled under the house to fix them, he was very efficient and knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I will definitely use them again, already ask for other things to get quoted and use their services. I found then through thumbtack reasonable prices.

We had a 55 gallon water heater that lasted about 15 years. The product was discontinued and we had to buy a new tank from The Home Depot. The tank had slightly different measurements so new piping was required. Our technician, Felix, came out to our house the same day. The weather had been pretty bad that day so it did take them a little longer to arrive, but they didn't cancel on us. Felix worked very fast and was able to install the new heater out of the box within about an hour or so. He was very professional and polite and we are very satisfied with our experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified Master Plumber, I have my state license which says " I'm book smart " BUT I have over 28 years of hands-on-training. I read Architectural Plans, Design both Kitchens and Bathrooms, and can accomplish any plumbing job necessary.
