- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so there is no standard pricing for our service. We strive to give the best price the first time. Our pricing is fair and honest so No Need To Look Any Further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We live up to our motto; "We Build Friends for Life". We will meet with our customers find out what they want to be done whether it is a remodeling job or a service call; we will install our honesty, our ability, and our integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified Master Plumber, I have my state license which says " I'm book smart " BUT I have over 28 years of hands-on-training. I read Architectural Plans, Design both Kitchens and Bathrooms, and can accomplish any plumbing job necessary.
