Prime Air Conditioning responded my inquiry with speed, honesty and professionalism. They sent their tech out promptly and he thoroughly went through all details of my HVAC issue and the replacement options and pricing. Their pricing was very competitive and honest, they answered lots of my questions with patience and honesty. I ended up choosing a different brand because of my property situation but if I didn’t have that I would definitely work with them. Thanks Prime!

Great company! Came highly recommended. The owner came out on a Sunday even though he didn’t have too! He even found a issue that I didn’t call him for and fixed it for me for free. Love my new setup! Genuine dude! Will definitely use again!

Fantastic job! Every vent cover was removed thoroughly and vacuumed with a rotary brush attachment as well. They even cleaned all the vent covers before they put them back. Can't give a high enough rating for these guys!

Chris and his team just came to work on my condo and were amazing. The original builders didn’t properly seal all of my vents and several were starting to develop mold. It was a bigger job than I originally thought but they were really good about explaining what was happening, the options to treat and repair everything, and I never once felt pressured to have anything done that I didn’t want done. After they were done, I could sense an instant upgrade on the air quality in my house. They did an amazing job. I received a few different quotes and Prime Air’s were all either cheaper or in line with the other quotes.

5% discount for veterans, disabled, or any public servant. Financing available. No credit checked!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves. Ask the customer few questions about the essue they have with the system. Conduct our own diagnosis. And present the customer with the solutions. And different options to choose in other to fix the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are State Licensed certified EPA certified. Also our experience and expertise is unmatched when it comes to HVAC Repair, service and installation.
