Gerald, the owner was able to install the ecobee thermostats the same day I called. He was professional, installed both thermostats and ensured they were working. We asked him about our system and he gave us his fair opinion. When we had a service call, he was correct about the condition of our HVAC units. I would recommend Gerald for any smart thermostat installation and also for any maintenance or repairs.

Our new mini-split units had various problems and the company had to return multiple times to correct the issues, which, of course makes us very nervous about the longevity of the units. We are not sure if the issues were related to the product or the installation process. The company was mostly very responsive, up until the last issue, which we were fortunately able to resolve ourselves, but nonetheless, we did not get a response from the company at all this last time:(.

Very fast response. They installed an entire new HVAC system the next day after I called them. Very fair price. They gave me a very detailed estimate and completed everything on their itemized list. They showed me how to do the monthly maintenance and filter change. They even patched a hole in the dry wall inside my AC cabinet. Overall a very smooth experience!
