Prime Air Conditioning responded my inquiry with speed, honesty and professionalism. They sent their tech out promptly and he thoroughly went through all details of my HVAC issue and the replacement options and pricing. Their pricing was very competitive and honest, they answered lots of my questions with patience and honesty. I ended up choosing a different brand because of my property situation but if I didn’t have that I would definitely work with them. Thanks Prime!

Great company! Came highly recommended. The owner came out on a Sunday even though he didn’t have too! He even found a issue that I didn’t call him for and fixed it for me for free. Love my new setup! Genuine dude! Will definitely use again!

I called Prime Air Conditoning this morning and spoke to Gerald. They came within about an 1 hour and half time from the time I made contact with Gerald at Prime Air Conditoning. Gerald and the crew came through, they were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Gerald did his due diligence and made sure the leak was stopped. Great job done. I’ll recommend them to anyone. Salute!!!!!!!
