- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a $75.00 service call fee which is waved if customer excepts service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining to them that it's cheaper for them to purchase the equipment under my Company name from my equipment suppliers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a P.S.A.V. degree in Electrical Technology. I'd also have a A. S. degree in H.V.A.C. & R.
