Nicole was quite knowledgeable in the area of saving lives. She threw in some good humor along the way to brighten up the experience but knew the information she was teaching extremely well. I appreciated how much she went out of her way to help with any unusual concerns in our group as we had a couple of kids learning with special needs. I would highly recommend hiring Nicole!

Nicole was funny, essentric (in a good way) and obviosuly experienced. Though I had a long tiring day and had a long history of CPR experience myself as a longtime previous Law Enforcemnt Officer, she kept me awake with great stories and experiences. Most importantly, she taught 8 off my staff members of my school including me the CPR basics and firstaide requirements with ease. She also was on time and brought us our cards the next day as promised. I used thumbtack for the first time and didn't expect much at first but I was very impressed with the fast results and perfect match up. Apps usually are garbage to me but the results were impressive and well worth the time it took to answer the questions. I highly recommend thumbtack and will use it again for other things as needed. I found thumbtack by accident and it worked. Choose Nicole and you wont be disapointed. You must have a good sense of humor!!!

Hands down, couldn’t have found a better candidate to teach my family CPR than Ms. Nicole! She was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did she make the class fun, but she adamant about making sure we understood the information provided and encouraged any questions for us to feel confident before she left. If you’re looking for someone to come teach you, your loved ones, or anyone in between… this is your girl! Seriously… I can NOT recommend her enough. 10/10.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounts available for groups and nonprofits. One on one or home classes will be higher. Classes on the West Coast of Florida, in Miami Dade, West Palm, Martin or other counties will be higher.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me and I either bring them into a public class (usually held weekly) or set up and appropriate time for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I minored in biology in college, and have recently completed 45 credits in bio, chem, psych and other premedical courses. I'm currently working on my Master's in Public Health.
I read the research that comes out and take related courses as they become available. I've completed a Coursera class called Epidemics in order to better present info on bloodborne pathogens.
