We highly recommend The Bay Flooring. They made the entire process easy. They educated us on the different types of flooring and listened to what our needs were. Even though there were hundreds of floor samples, they helped us narrow down the selection quickly. They explained the entire process, kept their word, and the floors are beautiful! The service was impeccable, the installation was better than expected, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I had a wonderfully positive and prompt experience from start to finish. From material selection to installation and beyond, they were very kind, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process. I had family in town and wanted to redo my floor before they arrived and they worked very hard to try to make that happen for me. The crew that came to install the floor was very prompt and professional. They also left everything clean and removed all of their materials. I highly recommend this facility and am extremely pleased with my experience with THE BAY FLOORING!
