Thiago and team did a really good job on my flooring. We removed carpet and installed laminate in about 1500 sq ft which included stairs. From the outset, Thiago was a pleasure to work with. For me he delivered on Quality - it’s been a couple of weeks since the work has been finished, and no complaints. Appreciated the leveling work he did on the concrete, so we wouldn’t have problems later. Professionalism - the team was always on time, and completed the job in exactly the number of days that they had predicted. Cost - no surprises at the end. Though he provided great value for me. Overall, I’m happy to have worked with Thiago and his team, and would gladly have him work on any future similar work of mine.

Thiago and his crew did a great job on my vinyl plank floor and stairs. Thiago found a great product for my installation for about half the price Floor and Decor was charging, and his per foot installation rate was the lowest by far. The floor is beautiful and it didn't break the bank getting it done. Great job Floorinstall, I've already recommended you to several of my friends and family.

We offer free carpet removal/disposal and one year warranty in all of our installation services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we let the customers show us what they are looking for. Then we give them options to reach that goal, guiding with the choosing of the rigth materials, type of preparation needed and the safety guide lines for a proper installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years doing the work every single day lead us through as many scenarios as we can imagine. But I confess that we continue learning with ever new installation, new obstacles, new problem in order to find the better solutions for our customers.
