FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all required to a state minimum of continuing ed courses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was buying homes for investment purposes and I, like most of the general public did not like dealing with realtors. Not to say they're all bad of course, but the majority of them do live up to the reputation unfortunately. Plus of course it was nice to have access to all the properties available for sale and to make the commission myself for my own purposes. Its a lot of work, but the reward of seeing people happy and of course the commission makes it all worth it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience in all aspects of real estate. Buying, selling and leasing. Short sales and forclosures. Retirement homes, vacation homes, first homes and up-sizing or down-sizing. In 14 years I have had my hands in every transaction imaginable. I also have technical and mechanical backround which enables me to handle almost all remodels or handyman work. This helps when previewing homes to buy.
