- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, personalized, and built around your vision. First, we start with a quick consultation—by phone or email—to learn about your event details: date, location, guest count, and what kind of experience you’re looking to create. From there, we build a custom quote tailored to your needs, including staffing, bar setup, drink menu, and any add-ons like mixers, rentals, or decor. Once you approve the proposal, we send a contract and deposit request to lock in your date. Leading up to the event, we stay in touch to finalize logistics and make sure everything is seamless. On event day, our professional team arrives early, fully prepared to deliver a flawless experience for you and your guests.
