From the first time we spoke, I felt like Joaquin and Erick cared about making sure my areas of concern were removed quickly and professionally. They were on-time, diligent, extremely patient, educational, and even went above and beyond to work with the assessor I hired separately. On top of this, they worked through my schedule and even consulted with plumbers and outsourced individuals working on my home. They were responsive, positive and kind throughout the process. Within days my problem was gone, including getting my walls back to their original state. I’d suggest their services to anyone in need and seeking good work from good people.

Very thorough! They did an excellent job on the mold that was found behind the drywall from a slow leak of water that went through the window over many years. The window needed re-caulking . What a big mess that was but PuroClean went out of their way to make sure all the mold was taken out and the wood from the wall was completely dried.

Joaquin and Eric were very responsive and punctual. They provided a fair estimate and spent a considerable time on the front describing the work they'll do for me. When hired, they consistently worked hard and kept me up to date with the remediation plan. They cut/replaced ceiling/dry wall, repainted blending well, remediated including removing carpet, drying, scrubbing and lab sampling as well. Very friendly and overall highly recommend them. They'll do a good job and you'll know they're honest. I had so many other contractors provide estimates, but barely reviewed the place and they just came up with bizarre estimates and theories. Others were in depth, however these two spent more time and earned my trust to do the job. Easy 5 stars.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive 25 minutes after we get called or contacted, we always answer thumbtack inquiries right away. We go to the affected location, take measurements and do thorough tests, to identify the cause of the damage. We take pictures, and measurements of the space to build a plan and provide a fair and accurate estimate. We can give a ballpark when doing the assessment and within the next few hours we send the official estimate through email or text message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all IICRC-certified technicians with more than 4 years of experience. We renew licenses and are always updating our knowledge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a big restoration company in California, then moved to Florida to start my own business. Been doing remediation services for more than 10 years.
