- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive 25 minutes after we get called or contacted, we always answer thumbtack inquiries right away. We go to the affected location, take measurements and do thorough tests, to identify the cause of the damage. We take pictures, and measurements of the space to build a plan and provide a fair and accurate estimate. We can give a ballpark when doing the assessment and within the next few hours we send the official estimate through email or text message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all IICRC-certified technicians with more than 4 years of experience. We renew licenses and are always updating our knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a big restoration company in California, then moved to Florida to start my own business. Been doing remediation services for more than 10 years.
