- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most custom websites start around $500. CRM and software builds typically start around $1,000, or $1,500 bundled together as a website and CRM package. Final pricing depends on the specific features and workflows you need. I give you a straight number after a free scoping call, no hidden fees, no surprise charges added later. If you refer another client to me, you get a credit applied to your own project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation where you tell me what's actually frustrating you about your current setup, whether that's a clunky website, a CRM that doesn't fit how you work, or no system at all. From there I scope the project and give you a clear price and timeline. Most builds move from initial planning to a working version you can test within a few weeks. You review it, we adjust anything that needs changing, and then we launch. I stay available after launch if anything needs tweaking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Capella University. Alongside that, I bring close to twenty years of hands on experience in behavioral health utilization review, which gives me a real understanding of how complex, compliance heavy industries actually operate day to day, not just how software vendors assume they operate.
