David and Amanda at Evolving Landscapes were hired to replace a large bare area in my backyard with Florida native and drought tolerant plants. My budget and personal preferences in plants were taken into consideration. The work was done in phases to spread the cost out over several months. The end result is beautiful!! My neighbors also appreciate the garden that has been created and I look forward to watching sunsets with them and other friends in my garden for years to come.

Amanda and Evolving Landscapes installed our FL native and FL friendly backyard. On-time, on-schedule, on-estimate and fun to work with. Now we must fight our way through all the butterflies in our lovely, low maintenance yard!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common request we receive is for pollinator and bird friendly plants. Many of our clients are reducing areas of sod, needing frequent irrigation and mowing, and replacing with native wildflowers, shrubs and trees. Quite often we will design a raised bed vegetable garden or assist with an edible selection of landscaping plants.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to spend some time thinking about how you would use your land if you could do anything with it. We like an engaged client so we would ask: What would most likely draw your attention to the landscape? Positive or negative?
