- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no set price. I would like to hear more of your photography needs so I can create a quote for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction, I like to hear from them what they are looking to obtain from the image or images. Then I suggest a pre-production meeting where we get to go over all the details of the shoot. And a detailed list of his expectations for the images to be shot helps too. After the shoot, I meticulously edit every image and send it to the client in a private online gallery.
