I put on a request for someone to install a toilet, I tried but it was more than I could handle. Luckily Star Line Plumbing LLC contacted me and gave me a fair price. I agreed to the price and was given a day for installation. The technician arrived on time and commenced to install the toilet. I needed a new valve and a connector for the toilet that was extra and the technician installed the parts as well as putting the old toilet and box to the curb. The workmanship was perfect as well as the installation. If you want a company that cares please don’t hesitate in calling Star Line Plumbing.

Being a DIYer, I became too confident and decided to “rig” something (plumbing- valve stems that didn’t match the existing pipes I had) during my bathroom remodeling project. So, over a year later I discovered I had a leak. Danny came in and listened intently to my description of what I had done and he then offered me a couple of scenarios on a fix and what we could try first. Long story short, he fixed my mess! He was clear and concise about the cost. I felt he was very thorough. In the end, I believe the cost was fair. This app only allows me to choose three things, but I would have also added “professionalism” and “promptness”. I am thankful that I decided to choose Drain to Drain and Danny for this plumbing repair. I actually met with two other companies and I did not get a good feeling that they understood what may be happening and they did not offer possible solutions as Danny did. Lesson learned — you can’t YouTube everything, Julie! And with plumbing, it’s always smart to hire a professional plumber.

Kevin responded quickly and came to give me an estimate without charging for that. He worked on the problem and even secured my sink. Kevin didn't mind coming 2-3 times to resolve the problem. He was polite, pleasant to work with and cleaned after he finished.

It was a pleasure using Bingos Plumbing service. He was very punctual, responsive and professional. His work was detailed. He diagnosed the problem I have had with two toilets accurately. I had them replace two toilets, fix a sink stopper, and replace pipes under a sink and each job was done very well. When replacing the toilets I had some parts that were broken or too old so they replaced the parts. They responded at night and arrived the next day, and I am very pleased with their work. Glasford Davis is the most honest and professional plumber I’ve met. He replaced the whole area with a new seal which is probably what I needed to begin with. Our water heater, original from when the house was built in 1999, started leaking in the garage. They responded quickly & Chris & Adam arrived on time the next morning. Yes, we finally needed a new hot water heater. We upgraded to a hybrid water tank (Essency ESX 55 gallon) that heats on demand and it was installed in less than 36 hours from the initial message sent thru Thumbtack. For a water heater, it's pretty sexy and is made from polymer, so no rusting out on the bottom! We highly recommend Ralio Enterprises for your plumbing needs and will use them in the future.
