- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $48 if nearby or $59 if further away. If hired, service call fee is waived not including parts and delivery fees).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me. We agree on a window of time. I give a fixed price ahead and stick to it. Parts are extra.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had online training as many of us do now, and had an apprenticeship with an appliance repair company.
