- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free. Pricing is based on square footage or per job, depending on the project size. We offer senior citizen discounts and special pricing for repeat or multi-property work. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site estimate where we inspect the surface and discuss the best plan for sealing. If weather conditions are good and the customer is ready to move forward, we can often complete the job the same day as the estimate. We clean the area thoroughly, apply a premium sealer, and block it off for proper drying and curing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned through hands-on experience starting in 2008. Over the years, I’ve mastered the proper preparation and application techniques needed to achieve smooth, even coats and long-lasting protection in Florida’s weather conditions.
