- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of work, job conditions, materials, and the time required to complete the job properly. We focus on clear, upfront communication so customers understand the cost before work begins. For troubleshooting or unknown electrical issues, a diagnostic visit may be needed before we can provide a final repair price. We do not believe in cutting corners to be the cheapest option. Our goal is to provide professional, safe, clean electrical work at a fair price. We offer special concessions for Military and First Responders. We support our local heros.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather the details of the project and ask questions so we understand the customer’s goal. If needed, we schedule a diagnostic or on-site visit to inspect the issue and determine the best solution. From there, we explain the recommended work, provide clear pricing, and answer any questions before starting. Once the job is approved, we complete the work professionally, protect the customer’s space, clean up after ourselves, and review the finished work with the customer.

Amped Electric operates by a 25+ year licensed electrical contractor who understand residential, property management, and light commercial electrical work. Our work is supported by hands-on field experience, code knowledge, safety practices, and proper installation methods. We continue to focus on quality, professionalism, and clean workmanship so customers receive safe, reliable electrical service.
