FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope, materials, and project complexity. Every estimate is detailed so you know exactly where your investment is going—labor, materials, and timeline. I don’t believe in surprise fees. If something changes, we discuss it before any work continues. I also offer value-engineering options to help customers stay within budget without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial call or message – to understand your project, goals, and timeline. 2. On-site visit – to take measurements, assess existing conditions, and review details. 3. Detailed quote – a clear scope of work with realistic pricing and timeline. 4. Contract + scheduling – once approved, I lock in your materials and project schedule. 5. Execution + updates – clean, professional work with consistent communication and progress photos. 6. Final walkthrough – ensuring everything meets your expectations before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified General Contractor and an Engineer, with technical training in structural coordination, construction management, and Florida Building Code compliance. My background enables me to approach renovations from not only a design and craftsmanship perspective, but also from a technical, safety, and structural standpoint. I also manage multi-million-dollar high-end residential projects across South Florida, working closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and inspectors on a daily basis.
