I’ve worked with Guille on several projects and he’s been super solid. He shows up when he says he will, keeps you updated on what’s going on, and doesn’t disappear like a lot of contractors do. My pricing is transparent and based on the scope, materials, and project complexity. Every estimate is detailed so you know exactly where your investment is going—labor, materials, and timeline.
I don’t believe in surprise fees. If something changes, we discuss it before any work continues.
I also offer value-engineering options to help customers stay within budget without sacrificing quality.

4. Contract + scheduling – once approved, I lock in your materials and project schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified General Contractor and an Engineer, with technical training in structural coordination, construction management, and Florida Building Code compliance.
My background enables me to approach renovations from not only a design and craftsmanship perspective, but also from a technical, safety, and structural standpoint.
I also manage multi-million-dollar high-end residential projects across South Florida, working closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and inspectors on a daily basis.
