Absolutely. Continuing education is a must, especially in my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a home-based business and felt very isolated in my work. I shared my thoughts with a client, who happened to have been a Financial Advisor and he introduced me to the financial industry. Because he told me how rewarding it is, is why I have been working at it since 1996.
