Brian and crew did an awesome and quick job for us removing and old armoire. He was easy going, stuck to the quoted amount and was half the price of 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I mentioned easy going because the competitors use strong sales techniques and presure to convince you, you must pay more.

Outstanding in every aspect. Immediate response, professional friendly and caring about what they do. Bryan asked the right questions to allow for immediate quote and scheduling to meet my requirements. Price was most reasonable. Bryan and Gene arrived on time, were extremely careful in dismantling a complex mirrored headboard and moving it with no damage to anything else. They were clean, proficient, professional and kind! I highly recommend My Junk Genie in every way!

They were quick to respond and very informative on the phone. He even sent pictures to let me know who would be coming so I felt secure. They were very punctual. He gave me a 15 notification so I would be prepared for their arrival. His team helped me take out all my boxes and extras from a recent move. They even brought stuff down to my elderly neighbor without an extra fee just to be kind. They were quick, clean, super friendly and efficient. I wish I had more junk just so I could hire them again! Their price was very reasonable for what they did and they were a pleasure to deal with. For anyone that needs junk removal I would highly recommend them.
