- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based upon a few factors including management responsibilities, age and condition of property, and rental price of the property, to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have an in person meeting with a prospective client in which we detail our approach to management accompanied by a presentation showing our supplementary software we use to to track and manage a property. Following that, an on site visit to the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed CAM's, and licensed real estate agents with many years in the property management business managing high end rentals as well as entire condo and homeowner associations.
