Roof Repair or Maintenance

I recently purchased a house built in 1981. A few months after closing, I noticed a leak in my flat tile roof and called multiple roofing companies to come take a look. Some responded and some didn't. SK was by far most prompt and courteous company that I interfaced with, which won them the business. They came out and diagnosed the problem area in a valley near the fireplace chimney. The quoted me a fair price and scheduled the repair quickly. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my future roofing needs.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff participates in continuing education, and the roofing license requires a certain amount of continuing education to be renewed. In addition, we are Florida State Certified instructors ourselves, offering continuing education credits for both contractors and property managers.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from multi-unit dwellings, duplexes, single family homes, all the way up to major condominium complexes. No jobs are deemed to small or too large. If you need roofing services, we will do our best to accommodate any situation.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can share is to ensure the company you hire has a current license and is insured. Check to see how long they have been around and if they have opened several different roofing companies under similar names, a red flag that they may not be around if you need them for later warranty work.
