- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount when you book more than one lesson per week! A travel fee applies when I must travel outside of my home base of Graduate Hospital/Fitler Square area in Philadelphia. If you are interested in semi private or group lessons, additional player fees apply. If you are a high performance tennis junior and have professional/college aspirations(my speciality) I offer monthly packages! Let’s get it! Cancellation policy: I MUST receive 48 hour notice of any cancellation. Full payment required for cancellations not abiding by the 48 hour notice. Rain policy—I will need payment for the time spent teaching on the court in the event rain prevents lesson completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to determine the customers goals and reasons for playing tennis/pickleball first. Then I perform a Player Needs Analysis—I just watch you play and look for areas we can improve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely!!! I attend USPTA, USTA, PTR, iTPA and pickleball/tennis workshops constantly. I am proud to say I teach at the highest level. A great Pro always improves his craft.
