Ryan has been great to work with and he fully informs you of project costs and other parameters. Goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Is knowledgable about Florida building construction which is great for people doing projects that are unfamiliar with Florida codes.

I hired RLB Design to draw complete plans for an addition to an existing structure. Everything about the experience was great. They were very responsive, the quality of the work was outstanding, the price was reasonable (based on two other quotes I received), and they were helpful with any questions throughout the completion of the building project (although their portion of the work was already done). Permitting can be a frustrating process, but the plans that RLB provided were ready to submit, and only required one small modification to be approved - the addition of a comment that the City of Orlando requires on all submissions. They made the permitting process as easy as it could be. I would not hesitate for a moment to hire them again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is generally Square Foot based but a min. charge of for 300 Eng. and 1,200 for construction documents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure you have a survey. Once you have your survey, I'll do all the research needed to see what can built on your property. Setbacks, wind speeds, HOA, County Code all things to consider.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been designing homes for over 20 years. I have a deign degree from our local college.
