Communication was key for me. Samantha notified us by phone, text or email every step of the way starting with my very first inquiry. The installers were excellent. Roy was thorough in explaining the high tech thermostat & downloaded the app on my phone for me which I really appreciated. Synergy participates in FPLs $150.00 rebate program & offers cash discounts. I definitely recommend Synergy Heating and Cooling, Inc.

New heat pump replacement was completed today and all I can say is this is a top notch company with excellent knowledge and attention to detail. Roy has a great personality and passion for his craft along with wonderful customer service skills. The little things make a huge difference when it comes to A/C service and Synergy's team hits them all.

So very helpful with all options to assist with budget and time constraints. The crew were respectful and efficient. Did everything possible to get things up and running in time for company coming in town. Everything was cleaned up and explained to me before they left, too. I arranged with Synergy to replace my AC unit when the old one was damaged in a storm. From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. Samantha took the time to explain everything to me, Roy and his team were efficient, quick and extremely polite while they worked on replacing the unit.I had a few issues due to a faulty thermostat (not Synergy's fault) and Roy was on top of it the entire time, until everything was running to our satisfaction.As the owner of multiple properties, it is important that I have contractors that I trust and can rely on. Synergy has become my go to HVAC company.
