Our initial experience with Emmanuel was excellent. He did a beautiful job putting up our outdoor holiday lights. Unfortunately, when we tried to contact him about a follow-up appointment to complete a small part of the project we got no response from him. He seemed to disappear. We paid him up front for both installation and removal of the lights but may be stuck having to do the removal ourselves. Not happy right now. Will update this review if he comes through belatedly.
