I was very pleased with the job that Walter did. We recently had a bee hive removed from our attic, and that required a portion of the stucco to be removed. I was impressed with the solution that Walter recommended to seal the whole, and the great detail put into making sure the finish matched the texture and color of the existing stucco. He was also priced significantly lower than quotes from other contractors I looked into. I would recommend giving him a call to just hear his idea at a minimum, and then compare his price to the rest. I plan on hiring him for any other curve balls our house will throw at us.

Dave and his brother did an excellent job in my house. They installed an electric fireplace and a wine rack in the wall, framed, stone tiled it, and replaced the lighting. They also installed a new tile backsplash in the kitchen. Their attention to detail, excellent vision and craftsmanship puts them above the rest of the contractors. Dave communicated very professionally: always answered my questions promptly and guided me if I needed help with a decision. Even though my timeline to finish the job was tight, Dave and his brothers worked diligently and finished the project ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a quality contractor. Their price may be higher but the beautiful workmanship and a great customer service are worth the price tag.

Luis is the ultimate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs/ home renovation/ home repair/handyman services. Luis and his team just repainted my kitchen cabinets. They did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with their work. I get lots of compliments. Very professional, polite, reliable, and finished the job before it was due. Exceed my expectation.... Sylvester just finished our popcorn removal and painting of our entire house and of remodeling of our bathroom counters and cabinets, I am so happy with the results, I felt compelled to write a review. A lot of times, people only write reviews for bad service or work that was poorly done, so I thought I'd take the time to recognize some excellent work. I was beyond impressed with Sylvester. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen counters and cabinets, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathrooms and other things we needed done. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Sylvester actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way. I would definitely hire Sylvester again, He was such a pleasure to work with. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

We were putting our home up for sale but we had some drywall/woodwork damage done by the dog and wanted to fix it prior to listing. Noel gave a fair quote, showed up on time, cleaned up the mess, and did an excellent job in repairing the damage. You couldn't tell where the damage was. After we bought another home which had worn/stained builder grade carpet, Noel ripped out the carpet in the family room/dining room/ and den and replaced it with laminated wood floors for us. What impressed us is the commitment and the willingness to help us as much as possible since we were on a time crunch. Only a few days between closings and move in. In a days notice, he painted our family room/dining room. We only had a few days between closings and move in. He picked up the flooring for us and delivered it to our new home. Worked all day Sunday to finish the job. We love the flooring. He and his son also removed a 60" wall mounted TV from our old home and then patched, sanded, and painted the wall. Once again, beautiful job. I work for a new home builder and have recommended Noel to buyers and co-workers. Wish there was a six star rating for Noel!

Jose responded to my project request almost immediately and was very attentive throughout the entire bidding/quoting process. He and his crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job wainscoting my bathroom and installing crown molding. The clean up was quick and efficient. Great job all around. They did an amazing job on my project. They were always on time each day and worked very hard each day. The owner had agreed to a firm price and when the work took a lot longer they never said a thing about it they just kept on working and got it done. In short, if you want a trustworthy, highly skilled group of carpenters then you've found them. I will use Trim and Door of FL from now on every time I need carpentry work done!! Mark F.

Ingenuity! Had them install crown moulding in two rooms, in addition to completing some unfinished carpentry from a rather incompetent builder who had done a cheap job with our kitchen. Should have been an easy job until we began discovering just how warped the walls and ceiling joints were. They were a joy to work with, and while waiting for miter adjustments, they continued to fix other minor flaws in our home just to stay busy. I feel very lucky to have found them, and will continue to use their services. Boy will this house need it!

To be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. From start to finish the guys performed beyond our expectations. Their help in the selection of cabinets and counters was invaluable. Terry took a halfway functional linen closet in our master bathroom and added fantastic wood shelving throughout. Fantastic workmanship and we have already decided to hire him for a more important project - our library custom shelving system. Great job and I highly recommend. I will post photo's after I finish painting the closet - my decision to do the painting to save money for the many other projects that I hope to have All Phase handle for us.
