WE ARE NOT CHEAP WITH HOW MUCH WE USE. We don’t want to have to go back ever to re-seal - we do NOT paint elbows , straps , and screws ETC.. to match gutter . If you want black gutters we buy all extra components in the same color NOT LIKE OUR COMPETITORS WHO PAINT TO SAVE MONEY GUTTER CLEANING 1$/foot with a 150$ minimum charge and a max charge of 300$ - (can charge extra of power washing is needed ) - we hand clean all debris first then light blow all the small debris, after this is complete we inspect for leaky end caps and corners and can re-seal for a small extra charge GUTTER GUARDS/FILTERS Gutter guards are NOT 100% maintenance free . Don’t let other companies lie to you . Gutter guards help with keeping your gutters free of debris and standing water. 1gallon of water weighs approx 8lb . If you do not clean gutters out frequently this can turn into a nightmare and cause fascia damaging lanai screen porch damage . 100’s of pounds of water in gutter can cause fascia to weaken and separate from rafters, gutter guards will always keep debris from clogging downspout and keep water from accumulating in your gutter system, gutter guards on the other hand can cause over flow of water when stubborn debris gets stuck on top acting like a ramp for water to over flow .
