John did a great job with other lawn. My wife is very satisfied with the way the lawn looks and with the trimmed bushes and hanging tree branches. If she is happy than I am happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $30 cut price for the average Deltona lawn but there may be certain situations where the price per cut is higher. If your price is higher it will be fair for the customer and myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is usually a bunch of questions I need to ask new customers in order to understand the property to be serviced. Usually the customer has questions also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training, but like a lot of people I started servicing lawn as a young boy, it was a chore and I always liked the results when finished.
