He was on time and very patient when I was stressing about last minute things. After the wedding he didn’t take long to edit and send the photos over. I typically dont leave reviews but I needed to pause for a moment to leave a review about my experience with Tyler at Visual Storytelling. My focus is woodworking so I had limited to no idea on video and photo capture for my business. Nor did I have the time to focus on video for my business. After an in-depth consultation with Tyler, I knew I found the right person to help grow my business. He was thorough on teasing out my needs and offered many ideas I had not thought of. Immediately I felt confident I was getting professional video and photo services. During the shooting he was not noticeable when appropriate and effectively directed me when needed. During the company interview phase he was well prepared and made the process feel natural. He had a surprisingly quick turnaround with the editing and final product. The final video and photos were beyond what I expected. He did a great job on capturing the essence of my business. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the final product, Tyler communicated professionally and timely. I would highly recommend Tyler for video and photo capture and editing.
