- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With almost all roofing companies a certain amount of wood will be included and after that an extra fee will be there per sheet of plywood or linear foot of other wood.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what they need and want from us and make sure we can be a good fit for them, then schedule a time to quote the project out and walk them through the process and bid thoroughly so they can understand everything and have as many questions answered as possible before making a large investment into their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing for 9 years since I was 15 on all sorts of applications. I have studied hundreds of hours from Both books and videos, have attended training sessions commercial roofing manufacturers.
