Robin is great! He sent his employee to replace my ridge vent. I wasn’t at home during the repair but he sent me photos of the progress and when complete. I highly recommend T and G roofing and will use them for a future roof replacement.

Robin was very quick to respond when I asked for an estimate. I’ve now had him do 3 roofs for me and they were all done efficiently while he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I’d recommend T and G to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With almost all roofing companies a certain amount of wood will be included and after that an extra fee will be there per sheet of plywood or linear foot of other wood.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what they need and want from us and make sure we can be a good fit for them, then schedule a time to quote the project out and walk them through the process and bid thoroughly so they can understand everything and have as many questions answered as possible before making a large investment into their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing for 9 years since I was 15 on all sorts of applications. I have studied hundreds of hours from Both books and videos, have attended training sessions commercial roofing manufacturers.
