We met on a weekly basis where we checked in over Zoom and each week had a theme around it so we were digger deeper into layers that I was even aware of. She gave me weekly "homework" to help me understand myself and my wounds better and really get to understand the inner child that really just needed to be loved and understood. During our weekly calls we would start of with a meditation and then we'd discuss what came up for me during the homework. She would provide me with insights and guidance depending on what came up and I felt it really helpful to be listened to and held.
