Arp was a fantastic consultant for the building and launch of our WordPress Membership site. He went above and beyond simply building the site for us...throughout the project he did extensive research to provide us with design and functionality recommendations based upon our unique needs. Many developers would have taken the approach of "well, this is the plugin that I like to work with" - Arp did not. He gave us the pros and cons of several plugins for each of the site functions, explaining for each why he would or would not recommend it for our business. Additionally, he went out of his way to ensure that, as he was building the site, my team and I always had a strong understanding of what he was doing and how. Not only did he build us the site we needed, but he did an excellent job of educating us on the inner workings of the site so that we can feel comfortable managing it down the road. He was very responsive, usually responding to communications within a matter of minutes, not hours. For our start-up business, he was exactly what we needed: more than just a developer - a consultant who took great care in gaining a strong understanding of our business and building us a solution that was right for us. I highly recommend him!

Meeting in person (or via phone or Skype, if the distance is great) is the best way to get on the same page. We do our best to understand your business goals and let those guide the website design and development. We use an online project management tool with our clients so they always know how things are progressing. Collaboration and transparency are a must to get a project right.
