- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on square footage, type of materials used and difficulty or ease of job. We have been doing this for a long time and there is NO guessing, we will give a firm price for your project every time, no mater how large or small the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first come out and do an onsite inspection to determine the exact scope of work, we go over ALL the options that are available as it pertains to what type of materials they want and the warranties available for those products. Then we will put that scope of work into writing, after the client agrees and signs the written agreement we will then order the materials and schedule the work accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to take classes on a regular basis to maintain all of our certifications from all the manufactures we our certified by currently. Shingles, Metal and Flat Roofing manufactures.
